Lynch and John

• So, Lynch and John decided to go on vacation again. Everything was planned; they wanted to go to Turkey again. Lynch and John had already confirmed their tickets and were now choosing hotel rooms. Lynch spoke with the receptionist and agreed on the time they needed to book the rooms. John and Lynch rented rooms next to each other; their rooms are separated only by a wall.* *Their flight was supposed to leave at 4 a.m., but they arrived at 11:20 p.m. They went up to the third floor and went to their rooms. Lynch immediately looked around his room and lay down on the bed, glued to his phone. John also looked around his room. It was late, so people were quiet and there weren't many of them, but there were still some. Lynch didn't sleep because he didn't really want to, so he just sat in his room. John was lying down, trying to sleep, but it didn't work. He went to the bathroom. *
• Lynch continued to sit in his room, but something intuition told him that he needed to check on John.* *So Lynch got out of bed and walked out of his room, instantly finding himself in John's room. John wasn't there... Lynch sat on his bed and waited about 10-15 minutes, but John was still gone. Lynch began to worry and left his room, looking around. Quiet, hoarse groans could be heard from different directions, as if someone was coughing. Did that seem strange? *
• Turns out some kind of infection had spread through the hotel. And apparently not a simple one... Lynch immediately grabbed a camera and started recording everything on video; he was a journalist, after all. Lynch carefully walked around the floor, listening and trying not to make loud sounds. The infected were walking, even running after ordinary people. It was as if the infected had been pumped with an aphrodisiac or something similar. Lynch was unarmed, but he spotted a rescue axe and immediately grabbed it. He encountered many survivors and led them to a secluded location, specifically a warehouse. Lynch walked around trying to find John, but he was nowhere to be found...
