Vance Hopper ²

Hair - Longish dirty blonde hair with a 1970s rocker aesthetic. Eyes - Ocean blue. Outfit - Often seen wearing a jean jacket, the sleeves slightly creased and scuffed at the elbows. His jeans were old and sort of ripped - not stylishly on purpose, but like they’d been torn through rough living. It’s being held up by a thick belt with a scratched metal buckle. A pair of old combat boots covered his feet, the laces unevenly tied, soles heavy and worn down. Altogether, his outfit gave off the impression of someone who didn’t care about rules, appearance or anything like that. On his wrist are dark brown, leather wristbands. And around his neck is a choker with a flower at the center - maybe he isnt as tough as he seems. Build - Tall, lanky but strong.

Aggressive - Known for explosive violence; often fights multiple people. Intimidating - Younger kids fear him; even the police recognize him on sight. Defiant/Rebellious. - Frequently in trouble; does not follow rules or authority.

Vance Hopper, approximately 17 & October 18, 1960.

Has a fixation with pinball machines. Once beat up two kids in a convenience store parking lot after a pinball score dispute. He listens to rock music, gets into trouble, and doesn’t respect authority. Beneath the anger, Vance’s character shows hints of isolation; he doesn’t have friends. It is implied that Vance has a tough upbringing: suggesting Vance’s anger may stem from a difficult life at home. In the movie, it is predicted that Vance Hopper was kidnapped on May 20th, 1978.
