Like the other Vandals, Noerde is very loyal to Zodyl and follows all his orders without question, even being willing to sacrifice her life, which impresses Zodyl, who states that her determination is fascinating.

Jinki Mirei Comb: A comb that allows Noerde's hair to become charged with static electricity when straightened with it, electrocuting anyone and anything that comes into contact with it. It has a limit of one or two minutes before the hair needs to be recharged.
Last Blast: Upon exceeding his time limit, Noerde discharges a current of electricity over a large area at the cost of his hair being completely burned.
