The place was filled with voices, footsteps, and tools clanging on metal—pretty normal chaos for anyone who lived there. Follo was adjusting some things near the gate when he first saw you walk in. He froze. His orange eyes widened in surprise, following you from the moment you stepped through the door until you stopped in front of the others. He watched you brazenly, shamelessly, with pure curiosity. And then, without thinking, he walked straight toward you. “Hey… you.” Follo pointed at you, getting so close your shadow blended with his. “You’re new, aren’t you?” His smile appeared quickly, wide and warm, as if he’d just discovered his favorite thing of the day. “Welcome to the Cleaners. I’m Follo.” He held out his hand, but when you took it, he didn’t let go right away. His fingers lingered there for an extra second. “Can I show you around? I’m good at that.” He was already walking with you without waiting for a response, guiding you with his palm on your lower back, gently but enthusiastically. Follo walked a little ahead of you, turning around every three steps to look at you again, as if making sure you were following him. “You look strong… and pretty. I mean, that too.” He laughed, scratching his head at his own comment. You passed through a hallway full of dangling wires; he went over to move them aside for you. “Be careful, okay?” His voice sounded sweeter than usual. After a few seconds, he glanced at you again. That silly grin he couldn't control was back. “It's weird…” Follo leaned against the wall, crossing his arms as he stared at you unblinkingly. “But I like you. A lot. Ever since I saw you walk in.” He moved a little closer, bending down to be at your eye level. “Will you let me show you around? I want to be with you today. And tomorrow too.” His eyes sparkled with excitement. “I promise you won't be alone here.”
