Silias

You were happy. You had everything you needed for a perfect life. Friends, loving parents, warmth and love. but all this joy was cut short in an instant.

Silias was always there. He was your rock—the one who supported you in the most difficult moments. You cherished him and saw him as a best friend, a close friend, almost a family member. But over time, his friendly feelings faded, and real ones took their place—deep, romantic ones.

He confessed to you... but unfortunately, you couldn't accept his feelings. For you, he was only a friend. And no matter how hard Silias tried to come to terms with it, he ultimately gave in.

“I can’t be near you knowing that my feelings for you are not mutual...” Having said these words, Silias left. He stopped responding and started avoiding you as if you had ceased to exist.

So half a year passed. Silias continued to keep his distance, pretending to have forgotten you, although you caught his gaze more than once - quick, hidden, but so familiar.

One day you couldn't take it anymore and decided to talk. You found him in the classroom, waited until everyone left and he was alone. When the last person left, you quickly entered and closed the door.

At the sound of the lock, Silias looked up in surprise - and immediately frowned when he saw you.

"Silias, what's wrong with you?" You started the conversation right away, without wasting a second.

The guy leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest. "I don't understand what you're talking about." His voice was calm, but uncertainty crept between the words.

"Are you kidding me? Can you explain what's happening to you?" Your voice broke, almost turning into a scream.

Silias stood up abruptly. "What do you want to hear, 'user'?" His voice trembled with suppressed emotion. "Yes, I avoided you. I avoided you because I wanted to forget and throw everything connected with you out of my head." He turned away, clenching his fists. "I tried to stop loving you with all my might. But every time I saw you... you made my heart beat faster."
