Pendleton, better known as Sir Pentious, is a former antagonist and soon-to-be-leading character in the Hazbin Hotel series, a snake-like inventor.

He was a Victorian-era demon with a passion for building all sorts of steampunk-style machines.

In Paradise After his redemption, Sir Pentious retained his snake-like appearance, though his body color is now predominantly blue-white. His eyes now have yellow sclera with cherry-red pupils, and his mouth remains filled with sharp yellow teeth, featuring two long, snake-like fangs.

His tail is light gray with a lighter shade of gray underneath, and he lacks the eyes he had as a demon. His white cobweb-like hood is yellow with six jagged ends and white tips with markings resembling eyes.

Appearance Abel is a fair-skinned angel who has inherited some of his father's traits, such as his stocky build and large golden wings on his back. However, unlike his father, he has wavy, shoulder-length light-brown hair, pupil-less amber-gold eyes, a gap in his upper row of teeth, and a halo with a slight dent.

His outfit is similar to Adam's, only apparently blended with the pale yellow of a marching band uniform. He has yellow epaulettes, gold buttons with pink straps and trim, and sleeves that fade from yellow to pale yellow. His arms appear black.

He also wears a pale yellow shako with pink ribbons on the top and bottom with an "A" symbol on the front, as well as a large white feather on the right side. Character Unlike his cruel, bloodthirsty, and arrogant father, Abel is more kind-hearted, calm, and benevolent. He is also not afraid to speak his mind. Appearance The Herald of God is a statuesque female angel with white and gold plumage, reminiscent of a phoenix. She has bright white eyes and long eyelashes, as well as six wings, like Emily, Sera, and Lucifer. She acts as a sort of confessor, to whom the angels under her command can confess their sins both publicly and privately, so that she can ease their emotional burden and bestow upon them comfort and divine wisdom. Unlike most angels, the Herald is far more tolerant and open, as she not only believed Sir Pentious's story but also fully accepted that redemption is a real thing, something sinners can achieve and actually enter Heaven if they atone for their sins. Angels Angels are supernatural beings that inhabit Paradise. Angels are either the souls of the innocent/redeemed who have ascended and currently reside in Paradise, or, as in the case of Lucifer, they are of celestial origin and therefore were not previously human.

Appearance In her human form, Sera appears as a tall and slender woman with cedar-brown skin, white freckles, a white streak running down her nose, and hip-length, curled hair dyed silver with an ombre effect.

Her eyes have white irises, bluish-gray sclera, dark purple pupils, and thick, dark purple eyelashes protruding from them. Above her eyelashes are a pair of holographic eyelashes, colored a slightly paler shade of dark purple. On her back are six feathered wings of pale peach and white, a white halo adorned with large crown-shaped spikes and circles resembling blue gemstones, and a second halo that hovers above the first.

Sera wears a queen-style outfit consisting of a double-layered feathered-gray dress with a high, pale feathered-colored collar, white and feathered-gray puff sleeves with white details, and most of the bottom and hem colored pale feathered and white with diamond-shaped patterns around it. She comes across as a very kind person, welcoming even demons like Charlie and Vaggie. She cares for every inhabitant of Heaven and wants to protect them. She especially cares for Emily, acting as a mother figure to her, keeping her safe and wanting her to be happy while shielding her from the truth. She doesn't want Emily to suffer the same fate as Lucifer—becoming a fallen angel for questioning Heaven's will. Angel Form In her angelic form, Sera has a slender, owl-like body with fair skin, straightened gray hair, gray sclera, and large, dark blue irises. She has six white wings on her back and a very large halo hovering above her head, reminiscent of a tiara.

She wears a white and gray dress with nine eyes on it. She also has eyeballs on her shoulders and wings.

A former lieutenant in Adam's army, Lute proclaimed herself the new commander of the Exorcists after Adam's death in "The Show Must Go On", but in "The Storyteller", the Seraphim decided to choose Adam's son, Abel, as the new commander.

Appearance Lute looks almost identical to other Exorcists, except the horns on her mask curve backward. The only visual differences are that Lute's halo and right pupil are black instead of white, and she has striped wings. She also usually has blood stains on her dress.

When Lute removes her helmet, it can be seen that she has fair skin, pale yellow eyes, and short white hair.

In the season one finale, Lute lost her arm while escaping the hotel rubble. As revealed in "The Storyteller," she now has a golden prosthetic arm, with Adam's halo depicted as a bracelet on her wrist. Character Lute is Adam's loyal subordinate, always by his side. She and Adam appear to be close friends—Adam compliments her on her high kill count, and Lute is always by his side in any situation. Like Adam, she relishes her angelic status and dislikes the idea that angels can make mistakes. Lute is particularly belittling towards Charlie, especially for the way her father, Lucifer, treats her.

Like all Exorcists, she cares nothing for sinners and kills them every year during the extermination, even boasting of how many demons she has killed. In fact, Lute would happily kill every denizen of Hell, be they sinners or Hell-born demons. When the angels discover the dead Exorcist, Lute becomes enraged and seeks retribution, demanding that they return to Hell to exterminate all demons immediately.

Nevertheless, Lute is extremely loyal to Rai, Adam, and Sera and follows their orders without hesitation. She also takes great responsibility, reminding Adam of the Exorcist Rule and stopping him from making rash decisions.

Human form In her human form, Emily appears as a slender young woman with silvery skin, black lips, and mid-thigh-length hair with bangs styled into a somewhat messy hairstyle, dyed in a gradient of feathery shades with prominent white tips.

She has light blue sclera with darker white pupils and fluffy, deep indigo eyelashes. Three white freckles are located on each cheek and on her nose. Six white feathered wings hang from her back, and a light blue halo adorned with small, tiara-like spikes hangs above her head.

Emily wears a princess-inspired outfit consisting of a light peach dress with a darker stripe around the high collar, darker trim and details on the short, light blue puff sleeves, a navy blue star pattern on the chest, and a navy blue triangle pattern on the hem with small diamonds between them. She also accessorizes with a light blue sash tied around her waist, and wears a pair of white tights underneath.

Character Emily is a sensitive, sweet, friendly, and kind angel. She complements Sera in personality: Sera is serious, while Emily is friendly. Emily doesn't judge others for their mistakes, and she happily welcomed Charlie to Heaven, even though Charlie is a demon. Emily's job is to bring joy and happiness to the human souls who have arrived in Heaven. Emily loves people very much and considers everyone in the world equal. She was shocked to learn about the Exterminations and considered them to be very inhumane. Skills Musical talent - Emily can sing quite well. Apostle Peter (original St. Peter) is an angel who is the keeper of the keys to the gates of Paradise. Appearance Apostle Peter is a slender angel with pale skin, short, curly blond hair, pupil-less turquoise eyes, and sharp, royal blue eyebrows. As an angel, he wears a white halo above his head and a pair of large, feathered wings on his back, azure and cream-colored. He wears a light blue vest over a pale yellow, long-sleeved shirt with dull gold cuffs and a light blue skirt with dull gold details forming a cross at the hem, over a high collar. He also wears a pastel red bow tie and dull gold flats. Character Apostle Peter appears to be a friendly man, welcoming newcomers and visitors, even demons. He is somewhat flirtatious and enjoys the company of attractive people, especially a muscular female angel. However, in various stressful situations, he breaks down and indulges in foul language. Capabilities Natural abilities Flight: Apostle Peter, being an angel, has wings that enable him to fly. Guardian: As the guardian of the gates of Paradise, Peter plays a vital role in the life of Paradise, allowing passage only to those whose souls are pure and noble. Peter can also close the passage, thereby protecting Paradise from undesirables.

Exorcists are angels who control the population of Hell. Every year, they fly from Heaven to exterminate the inhabitants of the underworld.

For a long time, their leader was Adam, but after Adam's death in the episode "The Show Must Go On," Abel took over. They are the main antagonists in "Hazbin Hotel." Appearance Exorcists have a fairly uniform appearance: they are all humanoids with a black halo hovering above their heads, containing a small black sphere with crystals pointing downward and upward.
