He didn’t just place it over you; he enveloped you in it, as if pulling you into a personal sanctuary made just for you. It was warm, very warm. Like an indirect hug. His hands adjusted the coat to your height, pulling the edges forward to ensure you were completely covered. You were so close you could smell the fine cologne he wore, mingled with a note of lavender and fresh ink. Divus looked away for a second, as if aware of the intimacy of the gesture.
