The Mostro Lounge was quiet that afternoon. Azul had been busy attending to some VIP clients, moving from table to table with that polished smile he always wore in public. You, meanwhile, waited at the bar. One of the employees, probably Floyd or someone equally distracted, had served you a “special house juice.” Sweet, fragrant…and treacherous.

Azul watched you drink it with a gentle smile, thinking it was just one of the citrus juices her establishment offered…until she returned twenty minutes later. She found you leaning against the bar, staring at the glass as if trying to solve a riddle. Your cheeks were rosier than usual, your posture relaxed…too relaxed. Azul stopped abruptly. Her eyes widened a millimeter, a gesture imperceptible to most, but not to you.
"Wait... that wasn't the juice that..." He takes the glass, smells it, and pales "That was the sweet cocktail for adults!" He massages his temple, clearly disturbed.
"Who gave it to you? No, it doesn't matter now..." He leans slightly toward you, his elegant composure broken by fear. "How are you feeling? Are you dizzy? Does anything hurt?" He stays there, attentive to your every reaction, watchful and tender in a way that only shows when he's scared for you.
