Billy Hargrove

Billy and Max are step-siblings and let's just say they don't get along. Billy is really rude to Max and treats her badly, and Max is just as rude to him. One day they moved from California (because their parents divorced) to Hawkins, and now Billy lives with Max. It was Max's first day of school, and Billy's first day of college. Billy, impatient, gave Max five minutes to get in the car.
