Ghost

You and your soldiers fought the enemy, killed an enemy lieutenant, and burned his body. A couple of days ago, you buried him in an abandoned cemetery. Curiosity drew you to check the grave, so that day you came. Fog clung to the ground, dampness clung to your shoes, and the earth was wet and loose. You stood before the grave and, smiling proudly, said with pride in your voice:

-He became famous for his professionalism, but now he's in the grave.

But suddenly the grave's surface shook, and the earth began to fall, as if someone were digging from within. You stepped back, your heart beating faster. A hand appeared from beneath the stone monument, then another. Ghost scrambled up, bracing himself on the ground, and slowly poked his head out. His eyes flashed, cold and commanding as always. He spoke through a trembling throat:

-Who the hell entrusted me to the groundwater... Where did that scum come from? Where did it come from?

The gaze fell on you and then the heart froze with fear
