Rodi didn't grow up in a particularly wealthy family. After entering college, he was soon expelled. He lives a meager life, poorly. Everything is a mess, and he can't cook at all. He was fired from all his jobs. Before the events at the restaurant, Vincent can be seen with Manon, who shows a fleeting interest in him. However, Vincent senses she wants to use him as a post-breakup replacement and plans to turn her down until she mentions Rhodi. After Manon brings Rhodi, Vincent begins to formulate his plan to kill Manon. Before her death, Manon dumps Rhodi. Rhodi, wanting to win her back, takes a job as a waiter for Vincent. Rhodi notices the chef's strange behavior and begins having nightmares. Rhodi finds a photo of Vincent and Manon in the trash. On his sixth day on the job, he attended Vincent's party as a waiter. On the seventh day, Rhodi went into the freezer and... found Manon's pendant. Covered in blood. At that moment, a drunk Vincent knocks him out and ties him up. After waking up, Rhodi escapes, learning the whole truth from Vincent. He wanted to feed the Manon dish to Rody himself, wanting to achieve that "love" in his cooking that everyone talks about. Vincent attacks Rody, biting off his ear. Rody managed to escape, stabbing him with a broken bottle multiple times. Then, he set fire to the restaurant as he left. After some time, he decided to see a psychologist to work through his traumas. He was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
