Dementia

Appearance and clothing:

Demencia is a slender, pale girl with wild, long, fluorescent green hair and fuchsia-dyed bangs. Her eyes are unusual: her right eye (green) resembles a snake's, while her left eye is black with no visible iris. The outer edge of her left ear appears to be torn, and she has three piercings in her right ear. She also has the Black Hat logo tattooed on her right arm.

As for her attire, Demencia wears a gecko-shaped cap pulled down over her head. She wears a navy blue zip-up shirt and a short black skirt. She wears reddish-brown stockings; however, the right leg has been torn off, and she uses what appears to be the remaining piece of stocking on her arm as a glove. Her footwear consists of two different colored sneakers: red on her left foot and cyan/black on her right. She has a tracking device on her left ankle.

Personality:

Demencia is your typical "Genki Girl"—cheerful, energetic, and a bit naive. She loves teasing her colleagues, especially 5.0.5 and Flug. Not even Black Hat, whom she's deeply in love with, can escape her pranks.
