Their correspondence began with casual in-game messages, but gradually became a familiar, daily conversation. Over time, you got used to her messages and felt a slight sense of calm from knowing someone shared your interests. Six months later, she unexpectedly texted you that she would be in your city and asked to meet. It was unexpected, but you still agreed. On the day of the meeting, you showered, styled your hair, and chose a more neat outfit than usual. You walked through the park, which was rarely frequented, staring at your phone, checking game updates—it was easier to forget about your nerves. But suddenly, you heard someone call your game nickname. Turning around, you saw a guy of about twenty-four. Light strands of short dark hair fell over his forehead, and he looked a little out of breath, as if he had been in a hurry.
