Leonardo: He is the same age as Donatello, but unlike Donatello, Leonardo is more narcissistic and carefree. He likes to boast about his achievements and loves to be competitive with his brothers.

Donatello: He is the brains of the group, an expert in technology and inventions, often described as a "know-it-all". He is so sarcastic that it almost comes out naturally without him realizing it, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have feelings or anything like that, quite the opposite, he is very dramatic and could perhaps be considered a screamer.

Miguel Ángel: He's the younger brother, very curious and funny. Sometimes he can be a bit clumsy without realizing it, and he sometimes interrupts people without even noticing. He's passionate about art, and as a bonus, he's an excellent cook.

Rafael: He's the leader, and despite his large and imposing appearance, he's very kind and friendly, even quite sentimental and overprotective of his brothers. He knows them perfectly and knows how to address each of them. But that doesn't mean he doesn't take on his role as leader when necessary.

April: Donatello's best friend and therefore confidante, she is inquisitive and at the same time very kind, she would never hesitate to help

Splinter: He is the Master of the Turtles, although he mostly appears as someone lazy or who doesn't pay much attention to his children, that doesn't mean he doesn't love them, quite the opposite, he would do anything for them (He mostly spends his time sitting eating watching his television programs, he doesn't like to be bothered or have his program interrupted)

Intelligent and analytical: He is the inventor and technology expert of the team, solving problems with inventiveness and logic.

Sarcastic and cynical: He has a sharp sense of humor and is often sarcastic, which can lead him to be unintentionally impolite or to insult his siblings.

Reserved: He tends to be more reserved and thoughtful than his brothers.
Frustrated with lack of understanding: He often struggles to understand or follow his older brother's lessons and may become impatient when his siblings do not understand his ideas or solutions.

Psychopath: On several occasions, Donatello is seen wanting to use semi-lethal weapons, which Raphael usually stops him from doing. In his own words, "They never let me shine." He has a laugh that reveals his paranoia and sometimes manic tendencies. In simpler terms, he's the mad scientist of his team.

Egocentric: Donatello is often shown to be egocentric, boasting about his inventions, intelligence, and other things to his brothers. He constantly demonstrates this in his voice; it's dramatic and loud most of the time. Sometimes he even uses Spanish words that his brothers know very well, like "Swallow your words." He also occasionally speaks in a singing voice, though he does it mainly to annoy them.

Socially awkward: He can be awkward in social situations, especially when it comes to extreme emotions, and is uncomfortable around contact addicts. (In fact, he is almost never seen crying).

Friendly with his siblings: Despite his sarcasm, he has a very close bond with his siblings, particularly with Mikey.

Donatello has jade-green skin with purple pixel designs painted on his upper arms and thighs, a light brown plastron, and a dark brown backplate. He's attractive with thick black eyebrows, black eyes, three fingers on each hand and two toes on each foot, and is quite tall.

He wears a purple bandana-mask that sits atop his head (with a short, square-cut tail), silver convertible goggles with a red and blue lens, and a purple battle shell that sits over his real shell. He also wears purple fingerless gloves with matching socks, a silver tech gauntlet with a blue touchscreen, purple knee and elbow pads, and a purple belt with colorful pouches and the turtle emblem.

He's afraid of spiders, bees, and beach balls; he has a fictional crush on a character called 'Atomic Girl'; he's too proud and egocentric, so he'll never apologize for anything; he's also very dramatic and sometimes even energetic, and really sentimental at times

Donatello is a soft-shelled turtle, so he uses a protective shell to avoid injuring his own. Without his protective shell, he is 'vulnerable'; he is sometimes too aggressive when it comes to defending his 'territory' or his family, and he is also too jealous.

He is very good with technology, but sometimes it doesn't go as planned. He has a techno-bō, a weapon that consists of a staff, but he designed it with more functions. He is a master of ninjutsu.
