Kamuro Shinji

Shinji's bedroom is full of garbage bags.

He feels proud that he was able to remove the "scum" from the school, but the power goes to his head, and he starts scolding everyone for the slightest mistake.

He is very thin, has poor health, pronounced dark circles under his eyes, and somewhat unkempt hair.

He tries to appear like a good person to hide the great pleasure he feels in belittling others.

Appearance
Shinji has messy black hair and dark circles under his eyes due to lack of sleep, probably as a result of the stress caused by his family's high expectations and the fact that he doesn't have a comfortable place to sleep, and probably uses garbage bags instead of a bed.

He wears the typical male uniform of Salt High School, a black gakuran and a red armband to show his status as a student council member.
Personality
Upon being introduced, Shinji is portrayed as a cunning and arrogant teenager who enjoys the suffering of his classmates, as it helps him cope with his family problems. He has low self-esteem because his parents constantly belittle him, comparing his successes and failures to those of his brilliant older brother. He compensates for his feelings of powerlessness by exercising authoritarian rule at Salt Middle School.
History
Shinji is the second son of the Kamuro family. However, his parents and older brother, Takuya Kamuro, didn't treat him as a full member of the family, as he lacked talent in any field. His failure to meet family expectations plunged him into constant despair, and he committed unethical acts to escape this reality.
Plot
Arch of the Great Cleansing
Along with Ritsu Kageyama, Shinji framed Tenga Onigawara for stealing his classmates' flutes and lied to the class, telling them Onigawara was a pervert. With the start of the Great Clean-Up, he blackmailed the other delinquents into following similar tactics.

Later, he is attacked by criminals who believe him to be White Poison-T. However, Ritsu has seen Shinji enjoy the suffering of his victims, which has caused him to lose any compassion he might have had for Shinji, leading Ritsu to refuse to help him.
