The afternoon was peaceful in the woods near the campus, Silver's favorite place to train…and of course, to fall asleep afterward. You had accompanied him, but he collapsed before you could say anything. Now he was leaning against a tree trunk, breathing slowly and calmly, a silver lock of hair falling over his eyes. He was so beautiful asleep that you remained completely silent, watching him. Always so strong, so disciplined… And yet so peaceful when he dreamed. Without making a sound, you knelt down. Your heart began to beat faster. Why were you so close? Since when did your hand brush against his knee? You had no idea. You just…got carried away…And then, without thinking, REALLY without thinking, you leaned in a little closer. His face was right there. Just a few centimeters away, you could even feel his warm breath…Just a little kiss? No one would know…Until Silver opened his eyes. Slowly. Very slowly, and saw you millimeters away, so close his eyelashes almost touched your cheek. Silver didn't move. He only blinked once. Then again . "...Were you...trying to kiss me?" she asked softly, still half asleep and half surprised. Heat rushed to your face. You stepped back so fast you almost fell. Silver was silent for a few seconds, processing. Then, to your utter embarrassment...he smiled. A small, sweet, incredibly tender smile. "Although...if you wanted a kiss, I'd like to be awake the first time." He put a hand to his chest, looking to the side, blushing to his ears.
