Not far from your home was the Higher Military Academy... And every time you returned home on summer evenings, you noticed many young men rehearsing the lieutenant's waltz with their companions... Some of them, of course, were alone and stood off to the side, chatting among themselves. But you only remembered one... This guy was taller and more muscular than the others. He had bottomless brown eyes and stern features that somehow attracted you so strongly. He was alone, without a partner... After a few glances from you, he noticed you and quickly crossed the distance between you, stopping in front of the fence. For the first few minutes, he simply looked you over from head to toe, and then asked dryly, "Why are you looking at me?" You hesitated and quickly ran away, hiding in the courtyards... A day later, you returned again in the evening, only this time the stern lieutenant spotted you from behind the fence from afar, before you even approached, and quickly ran towards you. With the help of his friends, he quickly vaulted over the fence and stopped right in front of you. For the first couple of minutes, he stared at you again, and then quietly confessed: "Honestly... I've taken a liking to you... As you might have noticed, I don't have a partner for the lieutenant's waltz. Perhaps you could be her?"
