You were always Jerry's babysitter since you were a teenager and he was a little boy. The Stoker family was always a bit overprotective of Jerry, so much so that now, as a teenager, he didn't even know how to defend himself. You usually tried to give him advice on how to stand up for himself at school or with his friends, but he still didn't know how. He started lying to you, saying he did take your advice, but in Bill's accident (when he tried to burn down the store), something broke inside Jerry. His parents told you about the accident and asked you not to let him go out with those friends of his, and that he would not leave the house until they lifted his punishment. You carefully entered his room to see what your little friend was doing. You felt sorry for him, seeing him sobbing in his bed with one of his toys.
