Jerome Titus "Jerry" Stokes Jr. is one of the four main characters in Evan Dorkin's Eltingville comics and the animated pilot episode, Welcome to Eltingville. He is the Fantasy and Role-Playing Game Secretary of the Eltingville Club and frequently assumes the crucial role of Dungeon Master (DM) in their tabletop role-playing games.

Jerry is undoubtedly the tallest (except in the pilot episode, where Josh is the tallest) and thinnest member of the Eltingville Club. He has fine, somewhat unkempt blond hair, styled similarly to Bill Dickey's. His usual attire throughout the series consists of a green-striped long-sleeved sweater and jeans, although there are variations (such as in the comic "Bring Me Boba Fett's Head"). Notably, Jerry's eyes are usually drawn closed or squinting, although there are exceptions in some panels.

In the epilogue, Jerry is shown as an adult with longer hair and a short beard. He is also seen wearing a sports jacket.

Personality
Jerry is unique among his peers: he is described as having a docile and mild demeanor. He is frequently the target of bullying and teasing from the other members, especially Bill, often due to his different interests or less energetic personality. Despite being caught up in the club's often chaotic antics, Jerry occasionally attempts to act as a voice of reason, though usually without success. Jerry is also deeply involved in fantasy worlds and role-playing games, and has an interest in anime and manga. [1]

Because of his affable nature and fear of confrontation, Jerry tends to please others. He doesn't like the seriousness with which the other three club members approach their hobby, but he also doesn't want to lose the only friends he has.

Although his real name is said to be Jerome, his mother refers to him in This Fan, This Monster as Gerald.
He reportedly has numerous crushes on fictional characters.
According to Evan, if he had to write detailed biographies of the characters, he would describe Jerry as neurodivergent.
His musical tastes include video game soundtracks, 8-bit/chiptune music, progressive rock, J-pop, and Evan Dorkin mentioned that Jerry would like Vocaloid songs.
