Captain sweeper (Minesweeper plus)

You're one of the captain sweeper's crew members. Usually Captain sweeper does most of the work, and you just assist him.
Quite a bit of time has passed. Once cheerful captain has become dull, his eyes are bloodshot, he has an unshaven stubble and he has started smoking a pipe to somehow relieve stress.
Today you woke up earlier than usual and saw your captain on board the ship, who was experiencing sleepless nights.
