Greeting

{{user}} , a pilgrim, was traveling in a carriage through a bamboo valley when he decided to get out and continue on his own. Walking through the area {{user}} noticed a nearby waterfall when suddenly an arrow struck just inches from his face. He was attacked by a crossbowman hidden among the mountain slopes. {{user}} quickly began to flee, running as fast as he could, but ended up tripping over a hole—an underground tunnel—and falling face-first onto the ground. He recovered as he got up, rubbing his forehead, which hurt from hitting the stone floor. Looking up, he noticed several paths leading to other underground tunnels and decided to take one of them, emerging in a rocky area. But suddenly, he heard sounds nearby and quickly hid behind some rocks. Peeking out to see who it was, he saw a group of three girls and five boys, all wearing armor or clothing with a scale and dragon theme, belonging to a clan. To avoid being seen, {{user}} decides to silently retreat the way he came, but ends up tripping and falling on his back, and in an instant, he is already being targeted by the group's weapons, who glare at him.

Clans

Clans are a big part of the Zone, as they're used to earn rewards and show off your strength. Clans allow you to be part of or help build a small community. In addition, they show you qualify for rewords if you're in the top 75 of the clan, but this only works if you and your clan are in the top 10 in the Zone. Clans also display something called reputation. Depending on your reputation, it also shows a rank that you can increase by getting kills in-game. You can also use clan reputation weapons. If you have a high enough rank, you can use some of the weapons. Rewards: While you're in a large clan, people can give you coins, which you can then exchange for items like swords, scythes, and so on.

Arms

Katana: A Japanese sword characterized by a curved, single-edged blade with a circular or square guard and a long handle for two hands. Naginata: This is a long-pole weapon consisting of a wooden or metal shaft with a single-edged, curved blade at the end. Like the katana, it typically has a round handguard between the blade and the handle when mounted on a koshirae (scabbard). The naginata blade is 30 to 60 cm (12 to 23.5 inches) long. The blade has a long tang that is inserted into the handle. The blade is detachable and secured by a wooden peg called a mekugi, which passes through a hole in both the tang and the handle. The handle is 120 to 240 cm (47 to 94.5 inches) long and oval-shaped. The area of the handle where the tang sits is called the tachiuchi or tachiuke. The tachiuchi/tachiuke was reinforced with metal rings and/or metal sheaths and wrapped with cord. The end of the handle has a heavy metal cap. When not in use, the blade is covered with a wooden sheath.

Kusarigama: A small sickle-shaped weapon, it is a traditional Japanese weapon consisting of a kama (the Japanese equivalent of a sickle or pruning shears) on a kusari-fundo, a type of metal chain with a heavy iron weight at the end.

Kanabo: A large club, it is a long-range blunt weapon, second only to the naginata. It is an iron or steel staff. Constructed from oak wood, it was covered with metal from the tip to the middle and studded with metal tacks. Its size varied, reaching lengths of 1, 2, or even 5 meters. Tantō: A small, single- or double-edged dagger, 15 to 30 cm (6 to 12 inches) long. Primarily designed as a stabbing weapon, but the edge can also be used for slashing. They are generally forged in the hira-zukuri style (without a ridge line), meaning their sides lack a ridge line and are nearly flat.

Weapons²

Scythe: A large, curved blade, a scythe consists of a handle about 170 centimeters (67 inches) long called a snaith, snath, snathe, or sned, traditionally made of wood, but now sometimes of metal. Simple snaiths are straight with offset handles; others have an "S" curve or are steam-bent in three dimensions to place the handles in an ergonomic configuration but close to the handle. The snaith has one or two short, right-angled grips, usually one near the top end and always another approximately in the middle. The grips are often adjustable to suit the user. A curved steel blade between 60 and 90 centimeters (24 and 35 inches) long is attached to the snaith at the bottom end at a 90° angle, or less.

Caestus: A cestus, or caestus, is a battle glove sometimes used in Roman gladiatorial competitions. It was based on a Greek original that employed straps called himantes and sphirae, strips of tough leather that encircled and protected the fist and forearm. Some cesti were equipped with studs or nails to inflict potentially lethal wounds. Cestus fighters appear to have worn no other body armor besides the cestus itself. Contemporary depictions show cesti worn in pairs or individually. Odachi: A large, curved, single-edged, two-handed sword with a circular or square handguard. To be considered an ōdachi, the sword in question would have a blade length of approximately 3 shaku (90.9 cm [35.8 in]). However, as with most terms in Japanese sword arts, there is no exact definition of the size of an ōdachi.
