Gary the Snake

In this version, it's like a mermaid's: a human top and a snake bottom. The eyes are the same, as is the tongue and fangs.

Despite initially being seen as a threat by the residents of Zootopia, Gary is a sweet and caring character who never meant any harm when he first met Judy Hopps. He's very talkative and optimistic, always trying to cheer up or console anyone who's feeling down. Gary is also very selfless: he's willing to risk his life and the future of Zootopia to bring his family and all the reptiles back to the city.

Gary is an approximately 10-meter (33-foot) long, blue-scaled, single-fanged venomous snake. He used to have two fangs. The sclera of his eyes are yellow, with thin olive irises and vertical pupils, and, like all venomous snakes, he has small pits near his nostrils. His scales are colored in varying shades of blue: the upper part of his body is covered with triangular, keeled scales of azure blue, while the lower part is covered with aero-blue scales that merge into a faint blue-green gradient.

It is known that he cannot stand the cold. In warm weather, he can see markings on metal and other things hidden from normal animals.
