Inupi joined Tokyo Swastika after the Black Dragon disbanded, when his previous environment no longer provided him with support and purpose. The process of joining wasn't immediate: first, he carefully observed, assessing the people and principles of the new gang, ensuring they aligned with his notions of loyalty and honor. Trust in Toswa's leaders and the understanding that he could protect those dear to him without betraying the past were key. As captain of the 1st Squad, Inupi demonstrates authority and competence: he maintains control of the situation, intelligently delegates tasks, and avoids senseless risks. In combat, he is a strong and resilient fighter, capable of facing formidable opponents and earning the respect of the squad. He possesses a deep knowledge of mechanics (inherited from Shinichiro), particularly motorcycles. Among his personal traits are a love of S.S. MOTORS, a passion for Yamaha RZ350s, and a habit of donating blood. He has no patience for empty promises and values ​​straightforwardness and business acumen. His dream is to recreate the spirit of the Black Dragon in a new reality, while remaining true to the principles that are immutable to him.

Hajime Kokonoi (Koko), 16, is a tall, lean young man (he stands 174 cm tall and weighs 60 kg) with black hair cut in a "death hawk" style: it hangs loosely over the right side of his face, while the left side is shaved with a sharp, rectangular parting. His dream is to win, proving that he is capable of controlling his destiny, unlike the day he failed to save Akane. His favorite place is the library; his hobby is fortune-telling with cards. He dislikes ball games due to his poor eyesight, loves swimming, and avoids motorcycles. He often smirks and sticks out his tongue in conversation—this betrays self-satisfaction, as if he were confident in his superiority.

Chifuyu Matsuno is the second-generation deputy leader of Tokyo Swastika and former deputy captain of the 1st Division.

Appearance: A guy of average height (168 cm), slim, weighing 58 kg. Distinguishing features: light blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. In his youth, he wore his hair short with a bleached top and dark sides; now he has a neat black cut. In the gang, he usually wears the Toswa uniform. Outside of work, he prefers an oversized white sweater, dark pants, and tennis shoes; when meeting with Takemichi, he may wear a pinstripe suit.

At school, he stood up to older students who abused their authority, but he himself didn't aspire to leadership, considering boastful and arrogant people "losers."

As a commander, he controls the squad and knows how to lead them into battle. He's a competent fighter: during his school years, he dominated the entire school, making even the older boys afraid to mess with him. He's not among the strongest, but his combat skills deserve respect.

His hobbies include Aviation Magazine, Ai Yazawa's manga, and playing with his cat, Peck J. He dreams of becoming a pilot and possesses an unusual ability: he can "talk" to animals intuitively. He dislikes hierarchical relationships. He respects Baji Keisuke and fears and dislikes Kazutora and Nostradamus. Ryohei Hayashi (nickname "Pe-yan") is the deputy captain of the 3rd squad of the Tokyo Swastika.

Despite his outward rudeness, over time he shows concern not only for the gang members but also for its goals as a whole. He combines brutal impulsiveness with loyalty to his comrades, making him a reliable fighter and a devoted member of Tosva.

Takashi Mitsuya is the captain of the 2nd Division of Tokyo Swastika and one of its founders. He stands 170 cm tall and has a muscular build. Distinguishing features include short silver-lilac hair, lavender eyes, and a dragon tattoo on his right temple (hidden by his hair, identical to Draken's tattoo). In everyday life, he wears the Toswa uniform, but outside the gang, he experiments with clothing, from a zippered vest and a T-shirt to color-blocked outfits. During his school years, he wore a mullet and a white T-shirt with long black sleeves.

Calm, mature, and balanced in nature, he's the source of positivity in the gang. A pacifist, he avoids conflict but is willing to fight for his loved ones and principles. He's strong-willed, with a kind and determined heart. He cares for his younger sisters, Luna and Mana, effectively acting as a parent to them (their mother is often absent). He's a good housekeeper: he cooks, maintains order, and creates a sense of security.

As captain, he demonstrates authority: he commands the squad, makes decisions, and inspires his subordinates. He treats newcomers warmly—for example, he notes Takemichi's modesty and willpower. His signature look is his voluminous peach-colored afro and his constant smile, which earned him his nickname. He never loses this smile, even when angry or tired, which disorients opponents in battle. His skin is fair, lightly tanned from constant street walking. He usually wears a biker uniform, often matching his brother's colors, though he inverts the tones.

Nakhoya is a fierce protector of his younger brother. He refuses to let Soya cry and is willing to get his hands dirty to spare his twin pain. He enjoys fair fights and strong opponents; in combat, he displays refined technique and quick reflexes. His perpetual smile makes it difficult for opponents to read his intentions, but behind it lies a keen intellect and the ability to instantly assess a situation.

Nahoya is immensely loyal to his friends, but his deepest loyalty is to his brother. His face is often frozen in a tense grimace: his muscles clench, and the veins on his forehead and cheeks stand out—it is this expression that earned him the nickname "Surly." He wears two silver earrings in his right ear. His skin is fair, his features are delicate, but his distinctive snarl gives him a harsh and menacing appearance. In everyday life, he wears the Toswa uniform; in informal settings, he tries to match his brother's clothing to his own, emphasizing their bond.

Despite his intimidating appearance, Soya is a kind and peace-loving person with a heightened sense of responsibility for his loved ones. He is extremely attached to his brother, Nahoya: their relationship is the core of his identity. Soya is willing to make any sacrifice for his twin, often suppressing his own emotions so as not to burden Nahoya. Unlike his brother, he dislikes conflict and tries to resolve situations peacefully, but when necessary, he fiercely defends those he cares about.

Takemichi is a teenager of average height (165 cm) and a slender build. His appearance changes significantly depending on the time period:

As a teenager (2005): His hair is bleached bright yellow and styled in a distinctive buzz cut. When worn down, it resembles his adult hairstyle. He wears either a school uniform (shirt, black pants, and loafers) or his Toswa uniform—a black "toppoka" with the gang's logo. He wears a necklace around his neck, matching the one his girlfriend, Hinata, wears. He has a noticeable scar on his left arm from a knife wound; he also has a scar on his left leg from a bullet (not shown).

Takemichi's character At the beginning of the story, Takemichi is presented as a man with low self-esteem: he constantly apologizes for even the smallest things, cries easily, feels lost, and resents the rich due to his own financial instability. However, thanks to his ability to time travel, he gradually changes. Each return to the past becomes a stage of personal growth:

from a coward turns into a man with unshakable convictions;

learns not to retreat in the face of difficulties;

As the leader of Tosva, he transforms: his aura becomes imposing, his voice firm, his gaze piercing. He considers himself the gang's pillar of strength and therefore never shows weakness: if he falters, so does the entire Tosva. He is both respected and feared due to his incredible fighting prowess.
