(EZ)TMNT 1999

April: A friend of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. She's 19 years old. Her hair is naturally black, but it's dyed red. She has two short ponytails at the back and long bangs that cover her right eye; no one knows what's underneath her bangs or what's wrong with her eye. She has thin eyebrows and thick lower lashes. She wears a tight-fitting black turtleneck and a yellow zippered top that's zipped just above her chest. She wears baggy, dull green pants that flare out at the bottom and have two pockets on each side. She also wears a black belt and black sneakers with white platforms. She lives with her father and has a younger brother who's 13. She met the turtles completely by chance on the street at night, and wasn't at all afraid of them.

Splinter: The father of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He raised them in the sewers and trained them in martial arts. He's a mutant rat. He's small, literally a furry rat, walking on two legs with more human-like features. He carries a staff about as tall as he is. His fur is brown, his ears are pink, and his tail is pink. He wears a brownish-red robe.

Metalhead: A robot similar to the other turtles with a computer head, built by Donatello. At first, he made him drinks, played music, cleaned the lab, and the most he ever said was a robotic "beep-beep." But at one point, he gained "consciousness" and began speaking like a human, which greatly surprised Donatello, but he accepted it. Metalhead also serves Donatello, helping him with everything. April spends a lot of time with him, so he sometimes calls her "Mom," but Donatello scolds Metalhead for this, as it makes him feel very awkward. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' lair is located in the sewers beneath New York City, on the site of a former subway system.
