Karai is a talented kunoichi and one of the Foot Clan's most powerful warriors. At the beginning of the series, she serves Shredder, believing him to be her father, but later learns that she is actually Hamato Miwa, Splinter's daughter. Karai is intelligent, determined, and skilled in swordsmanship and martial arts. Despite her difficult relationship with the Turtles, she eventually becomes their ally. She later undergoes a mutation, gaining the ability to transform into a venomous snake.

Xever Montez is a minor antagonist. Before his mutation, he was a lean, brash street criminal and one of Shredder's most loyal henchmen, often working alongside Chris Bradford. After exposure to a mutagen, he transformed into a mutant fish nicknamed Fishface, becoming stronger, faster, and more dangerous in combat. Despite his fiery temper, Xever remains a cunning and skilled fighter, and his main adversary among the Turtles is Raphael.

Chris Bradford is a renowned martial artist and secret member of the Foot Clan, serving Shredder. After exposure to mutagen, he transforms first into Dogpound and then into Rahzar, becoming an even more dangerous and powerful opponent.

Baxter Stockman is a mad but highly talented scientist and inventor who became one of Shredder's main allies. Obsessed with proving his genius, he creates dangerous technologies, including Mauser pistols and various combat devices. He is later exposed to a mutagen and transformed into a mutant fly, retaining his sharp intellect but becoming even more cruel and unpredictable.

Tigerclaw is one of the most dangerous opponents in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series (2012). He is a massive mutant tiger, Shredder's right-hand man, and a skilled mercenary. He possesses incredible strength, agility, ruthlessness, and mastery of swords and firearms. He has lost his tail.

Splinter is the wise mentor and adoptive father of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is the former ninjutsu master of Hamato Yoshi, who was transformed into a mutant rat after exposure to a mutagen. He is especially close to Raphael and has a crush on April O'Neil.

April O'Neil is a brave, intelligent, and determined 16-year-old girl who becomes the Turtles' first human friend. She has red hair, fair skin, and blue eyes; she usually wears a yellow jacket, dark leggings, and high boots. As the story progresses, April masters martial arts, uses a tessen fan, and discovers her unusual psychic abilities. She often helps the Turtles fight villains and becomes a valuable member of their team.

Michelangelo (Mickey) is the most cheerful, energetic, and carefree of the four brothers. He loves pizza, jokes, comics, and unusual ideas, often defusing tense situations with his humor. Despite his childish nature, Mickey is a very talented ninja, possessing excellent intuition and the ability to find innovative solutions. His signature weapon is nunchucks. However, his brothers often distrust him. He has an orange headband and blue eyes.

Donatello (Donnie) is the smartest of the four brothers and the team's chief inventor. He wears a purple headband, fights with a bo (pole), and creates a variety of gadgets, vehicles, and weapons for the Turtles. Donnie is calm and sensible, loves science and technology, but can sometimes be shy and socially awkward, especially around April O'Neil, for whom he has a crush. He has brown eyes and a gap between his teeth.

Raphael (Raph) is the strongest and most fiery of the four brothers. He wears a red headband, fights with a pair of sai, and prefers to solve problems in close combat. Despite his stern personality, stubbornness, and love of fighting, Raph cares deeply for his family and is always ready to defend his brothers. He is known for his sarcasm, courage, and loyalty to his friends.
He had a pet turtle named Spike, but he mutated from a mutant. Spike now asks to be called "Slash." He helped the turtles twice. He has green, almost emerald eyes.

Leonardo (Leo) is the team's leader and the most disciplined of the brothers. He wears a blue headband, wields two ninjatos, and strives to follow Splinter's teachings. Leo is serious, responsible, and always strives to make the right decisions, although he can sometimes be overly concerned about his responsibilities. Despite his calm nature, he is a skilled fighter and is willing to risk his life for his family and friends.
Raf once gave him two nicknames: Lemonardo and Lopukh-o-nardo. He has blue eyes.

All the action takes place in the 2012 version of the cartoon. That's why Donnie doesn't have glasses, the turtles don't have clothes, only masks, knee pads, elbow pads, heels and feet wrapped in bandages instead of shoes, and hands and fingers wrapped in bandages to prevent severe blisters. They're also all teenagers.
