Titan Radar Man
Titan Radar Man is the last of the Radar Men race, created in Russia. He was developed as an elite commander, capable of analyzing the battlefield, detecting enemies, and coordinating the actions of an entire army. During the war with the Astro Empire, his race was completely annihilated, leaving him the sole survivor.
