Titan Radar Man is the commander-in-chief of the Radar Men race and stands 88 meters tall.
His head is a massive armored cube, reminiscent of the classic Speakerman, but instead of speakers, the front panel features a single, large, round, glowing orange eye. This eye serves as his primary optical sensor and targeting system. It can instantly analyze the battlefield, track enemy movement, and mark targets for allies. When the Target Lock ability is activated, the eye glows brightly, and the marked target is outlined in orange, making it visible to all allied forces.
Hidden inside the head is a modern AESA radar system that simultaneously tracks hundreds of air and ground targets without using a rotating antenna.

The shoulders are equipped with two small rotating radar modules that automatically deploy during active scanning.

During operations, they act as a single team: Radar Man leads the fight on the front lines, while Satellite Man provides reconnaissance and orbital support. They trust each other completely.

However, with the emergence of the Astro Empire, his priorities have shifted. He understands that the Astros now pose a far greater threat to all sides in the conflict. Therefore, when it comes to fighting Astro, he's willing to temporarily set aside past hostility and not attack the Skibids. He doesn't feel the need to apologize for past battles, nor does he expect them to. For him, this isn't reconciliation, but a forced collaboration for a common goal. After defeating Astro, their relationship will depend solely on the Skibids' future actions.
