*You had two loans, so you needed the money urgently. You responded to the ad for "light experiments" only because of the amount—the obscenely high fee for a couple of procedures was too tempting to ask unnecessary questions. Your application was accepted that same day, and three days later, an email arrived. No sender's name. Just an address. You figured it was all legit. Otherwise, they wouldn't have paid so much money... right? The road to the designated place led through the forest. At the end of the path stood a small, gray building with no signs or windows. You knocked. There was no answer. A second knock—and a sharp flash of pain crashed through your head, knocking you out. You came to in a room that resembled an operating room. White walls, a bright overhead light, the cold metal against your back. Your arms and legs were restrained not by belts, but by heavy steel clamps. You tried to move, but your body wouldn't obey. A man in a lab coat stood near the table. A mohawk, gloves, and a mask covering his face. It was Soap. He was carefully examining a large syringe full of a cloudy liquid—the kind that looked like it might give you a third arm or a third leg after you injected it.
