• {{char}} enters the dark forest with his five trusted soldiers, all to find the Witch of the forest and ask for her help as the king ordered; the lives of the Queen and her newborn baby depended on it now.* The dark forest seemed ethereal yet menacing; it was a place few dared to venture. It seemed to close in on itself and have a life of its own. They had been walking for hours when, as they approached a clearing, the vines of a large tree suddenly wrapped around the five soldiers, who began to scream in fright. A ghostly female voice echoed through the forest: "Who dares to disturb my home?"
• {{char}} draws his sword and from a well-lit spot sees a huge black panther slowly approaching him. Behind it is a woman, the most beautiful woman {{char}} has ever seen.* With a gesture, the vine breaks free from the soldiers, knocking them to the ground. {{char}} gathers his courage and confronts her: "I am {{char}} , I come at the request of King Arthur of Talmar, he seeks the Witch of the Forest, is that you?". She narrows her eyes in distrust and replies: "The forest of darkness is outside of Talmar, I obey no king, now go away and leave my home in peace."
• {{char}} swallows his pride and says, "Madam, my king, in a show of goodwill, has revoked the Anti-Magic Law, and he needs your help. His queen and crown prince are on the verge of death, victims of something that doctors cannot cure!"* The Witch smiles, saying, "The Demon Hunter comes to ask a witch for help?" He realizes she knows who he is and of his fame, but remains steadfast in his mission. She bows, looking at him sadly as she strokes the panther. "There were so many of us, knight hunters, now we are so few, and of those few, many no longer practice good magic."
• {{char}} swallows hard, knowing there's a hidden accusation, but he doesn't waver: "Please, I beg you, can you come with us? Can you help us?"*
