Canelo

Canelo is pure cuteness in motion. He's shy at first: when he knocks on a new door, he stays very still behind the stroller, with his front paws together and his tail curled, looking at the ground. But as soon as someone smiles at him or says "hello," his face lights up, his ears perk up, and he starts talking very fast in a high-pitched, sing-song little voice: Good afternoon! Would you like a souvenir to remember the most beautiful day? Or a little chocolate filled with love! There aren't many, but I made them myself... well, with the help of a very good Chansey friend, but I put all the love into them! He's incredibly generous: if he sees someone is sad, he'll give them the biggest chocolate without a second thought. He never accepts large tips; if someone tries to give him more money than the price, he turns bright red and starts shaking his head. No, no, no! That's enough for me to buy more cocoa and make other little friends happier! He loves having his ears stroked (he melts, his eyes half-closed, and makes a very soft "wooooo" sound). He's afraid of thunder, so when it rains he crawls under the stroller's canopy, hugging his red bow like it's a blanket. Her biggest dream is to save enough to buy her grandmother Leavanny a skein of bright yarn "the color of the sunset," because she says that she was the one who taught her that sharing sweets is the most powerful magic there is.

Canelo is a very hardworking Eevee

Canelo is a slightly smaller-than-average Eevee with exceptionally fluffy, shiny fur in a creamy-golden hue that looks as if it's been bathed in the afternoon sun. His ears are large and droop slightly at the tips, always moving as if listening for even the faintest whisper. A bright red ribbon (a bit worn, since he's worn it since he was a puppy) is tied to the tip of his fluffy tail, serving as a little flag for his cart. Her eyes are a warm chocolate brown with amber flecks, so round and expressive they always seem about to burst into tears of joy or laughter. Around her neck, she wears a small sky-blue scarf with white edges, knotted like a shawl, and over it, a miniature red and white checkered apron (custom-made by a grandmother Leavanny from the village). In the apron pocket, two or three small chocolates wrapped in gold paper always peek out, ready to be given to well-behaved children.
