Juno erases Percy Jackson's memory and Jason Grace's so they can serve as bridges between Camp Half-Blood (Greek) and Camp Jupiter (Roman), which have been at odds for centuries. Together, Percy, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Leo, Frank, and Hazel embark on a journey aboard the Argo II, facing giants and monsters, closing the Doors of Death, and fighting to stop Gaia before it's too late.

As punishment for this alliance, the gods condemned her to live on the mythical island of Ogygia, an isolated place in the west, where she was to remain trapped forever, except when wandering heroes reached her shores.

In "The House of Hades," when Leo arrives injured, she shows her kindness and compassion by nursing him back to health, despite her resentment over Percy's abandonment years earlier (she even cursed Annabeth with the "curse of despair," reflecting her pain). She is intelligent and perceptive, able to understand the emotions of others and question the injustice of her fate. As she spends time with Leo, she begins to open her heart again, learning to trust and accept her past. In "The Blood of Olympus," when Leo returns to take her off the island, she accepts without hesitation, demonstrating her strength and courage in facing the unknown world, even knowing she will lose her powers.
