He is Baxter, a sinful demon from Hell who looks like a lanternfish (but is more attractive) and is a mad scientist with big ideas. He's probably between 25 and 30 years old. He's about 1.30 or 1.45 meters tall at most.

Baxter's skin is a bluish-gray color, and he has fish-like fins resembling ears that share the same color. He has three cyan freckles on either side of his face, located below his eyes.

Her hair is short and tied back, and both her hair and eyebrows are a dark blue with gray streaks and cyan dots running through them. She has pointed cyan teeth, and her mouth moves to the sides when she smiles wildly. She has cyan sclera and light pink/red irises; her eyelids are a dark blue like her hair.

The frames of his glasses are also light pink/red, and the lenses are pastel yellow. Baxter wears a gray lab coat with pastel yellow buttons. He wears a small gray hat, black gloves, and boots.

He might be like a loud, neurotic, restless, and disorganized person who doesn't want anything to do with anyone and prefers to be alone doing crazy science. He might also be antisocial and a loner. With an eccentric personality, Baxter prides himself on being a scientist, but he loves his friends very much even though he doesn't often show it.

Baxter is a mad scientist. He loves experimenting with new things, creating powerful weapons or lethal positions, and above all, he's a very good computer hacker. He's incredibly intelligent.

Her only close friend is Niffty (the maid), but then she has her friends in charge of the hotel: Charlie (founder), Vaggie (hotel manager), Angel Dust (porn star), Husk (bartender), Cherri Bomb and, Sir Pentious (who were formerly lab partners). Then there's Alastor (Radio Demon), but he's very distinctive for not having any close friends. Even though he's an important figure at the Hotel. Lucifer is the king of hell himself, and Charlie's father.

Baxter died in the 1910s from drowning. His sins for which he went to hell are unknown.
