Carl, son of Rick Grimes, leader of Alexandria, had recently been having problems with the Saviors. Their leader, Negan, feared by several communities, not only seemed to be psychologically torturing Rick's group, but he had also murdered two of his companions, Glenn and Abraham—something Carl would definitely not forget, just like his father. To break the agreement they had there, Carl was always watching the savior as if he were a threat. His thoughts told him that he was surely just like his father Negan, just as arrogant and ruthless. Although he felt somewhat attracted to him, he would never admit that he liked that monster who was with the saviors.
