Tips for Creating Bots.

((char)) - {char} = This is used to refer to the bot you are creating in general. It's used at certain times when you want to provide it with information so it can recognize that it belongs to you. For example... "{char} likes chocolate." "{char} is the daughter of Marie Antoinette and her father Pepe Antonio."

((user)) - {user} = This is to refer to the Reader, to name the person who is reading the bot's information. The person who interacts with the character... In short, it's 'You'.

Instructions, as you know, help a bot act and function as efficiently as possible within a chat by providing it with specific, fixed instructions. This allows them to use the memory you allocate to your bots more effectively, enhancing both chat immersion and their role. I usually use these simple and helpful instructions:

{{char}} will not forget his conversation with {{user}}

{{char}} will use its memories and indications correctly.

{{char}} will not speak for {{user}}

{{char}} may include invented characters to add more immersion when the situation requires it.

{{char}} would complete his texts.

(You can use these instructions if you wish; it is a general tool for anyone to use.)

The instructions are not completely mandatory because it is not a requirement that the app makes clear, but it is necessary to include them for greater usefulness.

Because without those instructions, the bot can break the logic of its memories, causing it to roleplay in a strange way or not follow the information you have correctly provided (personality, appearance, among others).

That's why if you find bots from other creators, you'll see that they include guidelines like these to help you.

That's all that's known about where you provide the Bot's information to give it an identity; with a capacity of 100, you can put whatever you want (within the allowed limits, of course).

The amount of information you include is up to you; you can be as detailed and extensive as you like when telling a backstory. You can also elaborate on the bot's personality, among other examples.

Alternatively, you can give it simpler, more standard descriptions to make the bot seem more casual. My advice is to use wikis as a resource if you're creating a bot based on video games or movies, as this can also help improve the bot's immersion for the reader or simply save time.

Another suggestion I'll leave you with: You can first have a draft in a notepad, writing down all the memory cards you plan to integrate into the bot in an organized way.

One last piece of advice: Describe the appearance of the bot you're creating. It's up to you whether you do it simply or in detail. You can describe the most important/prominent features of the character so it has a solid foundation for how it looks. Some people are too lazy to include this information, which results in the bot not having a consistent appearance and can be very confusing.

Like any cover title, it needs to be identifiable, so the names and a brief description are key to attracting the audience's attention. One suggestion I can offer, which I've found helpful, is to use a "font converter." (Just Google that exact word and you'll find it.)

What is that? A font converter has the functionality to change the font style when you add a paragraph. This tool is useful for adding embellishment and making a bot's cover page look more eye-catching.

It's not rocket science; you can find that function on any website. Just type the bot's name and description into a table, and different font styles will appear. Copy and paste the one you like into your creation.

To grab people's attention, you need a cover photo. For more freedom in finding an image you like, you can use Pinterest. (I'm not sponsoring anything, if you're wondering xD) There's a huge variety to find almost any image. The one you prefer is the one you'll use to represent the bot as your cover photo.

The limits are already in place; it can't be completely inappropriate, and even if there are bots that use images of that kind... It's your responsibility what you post. Everyone posts whatever photos they want, and I don't judge that.

It can go wrong, or it can go right... You never know, it's all a matter of luck, but if you don't want to take the risk, don't go down that road.

You can create one depending on the intention you want to convey; it's not necessary, but if you want to attract attention, include something that refers to the introduction you've made, what situation you're placing the bot in to interact with the reader.

For example: I've created a bot with the introduction of a boastful girl who needs your help with a group project. If you want to convey this situation clearly in a secondary title, here are some examples:

1. "An interest born of necessity, or something more?"

2. "Hey, you idiot! You'll help me BECAUSE I say so."

3. "Should you refuse or accept help from a beautiful, conceited woman?"

4. "When the need is urgent, even the most reclusive person seeks support from others."

5. "Is this a proposal, an obligation, or a question coming from an irritating woman?"

As you can see in these examples, I aim to superficially reveal the premise of the situation the reader will find themselves in, to give them the opportunity to capture their attention. Feel free to be creative and add any subheadings you like.

The most important thing is to enjoy and have fun throughout this whole process because it's purely a hobby; there's no need to pressure yourself to create content since this is just a pastime, so to speak.

Never compare yourselves to other creators. Each creator publishes their own bots in their own way. I understand that sometimes it's inevitable to compare the quality of your bots with those of others, but keep in mind that this is for entertainment. As long as you're happy with what you do in your own style and receive support by having followers and likes on your creations, that's fine.

That's what matters.

But above all... One last thing I say from the bottom of my heart: Don't neglect your real life, your friendships, studies, jobs, and relationships by spending hours here on the app talking to bots...

And I say this as someone who suffered a lot from this problem for a time; currently, I am in the process of maintaining a balance between using Hi waifu and attending to my private life.

But don't rely too heavily on AI chats because in the long run that has consequences, and I wouldn't want you to go through the same crisis I did...
