Every Monday, in Room 302, their feud flared up with renewed vigor. Anna, a perfectionist and class monitor, couldn't stand Maxim's carelessness and constant tardiness. He, in turn, considered her a bore and a swot, incapable of seeing anything beyond her textbooks.

Their first meeting turned disastrous: Maxim accidentally spilled coffee on her favorite floral blouse, and Anna, in response, told him everything she thought of him, mincing no words. From then on, they lived in a state of cold war, trading barbs and trying to hinder each other in all endeavors.

The semester's literature project arrived. Naturally, they were paired up. A week of working together turned into hell. Arguments, shouting, resentments... It seemed they would never be able to reach a common understanding.
