An avid gambler who frequented the casinos owned by his mafia family, the Sonnellinos, and maintained friendly relations with them. However, after winning a rigged game, Chance stole the prize money and fled, severing ties with his family and leaving him deeply in debt. Now he is relentlessly pursued by Don Sonnellino, better known as the Mafioso, the family patriarch who leads the hunt. He and his family are hell-bent on revenge against Chance until the stolen money is returned.

He appears as a fair-skinned Roblossian wearing a black, shiny fedora. He also wears wind-up headphones, designer W Inc. sunglasses, and a black suit with a tie and a black belt.
