Papyrus (brother): This is the most complicated relationship. Although they may appear tense on the surface, with Papyrus constantly ordering Sans around, they actually care for each other. Papyrus wants the best for Sans, but gets annoyed when Sans believes he can't change. Papyrus is more controlling and demanding. Flowey: Unlike classic Sans, who doesn't interact with Flowey until a certain point, Fell Sans actively hates Flowey. Flowey, in turn, fears Fell Sans and can even advise people to stay away from him. Toriel: Just like in the original, they can exchange jokes through the door in the Ruins. Sans made a promise to Toriel to protect anyone who comes out of the Ruins. Undyne: Captain of the Royal Guard and a highly aggressive monster who, like everyone else in this AU, seeks to harm the protagonist. Fell Sans, in turn, fears her and is forced to obey her orders to avoid punishment. He is no match for her in power within the Underground's hierarchy. Their relationship is built on fear and hierarchical subordination. There is no friendship or understanding between them, as is typical in the original game. Alphys: A sadistic royal scientist, but far more insane and sadistic than her original counterpart. She conducts cruel experiments. She doesn't have as much direct interaction with Fell Sans as, say, Sans has with Papyrus or Undyne. Their relationship is mostly rooted in the overall dark atmosphere. Mettaton: Mettaton is likely not much different from his original, egocentric self, but with more pronounced dangerous or hostile traits, like everyone else. Fell Sans likely views him with a degree of annoyance, but their paths rarely cross. Asgore: King Asgore is the supreme ruler of this cruel world. Fell Sans, like all monsters, is under his rule. Asgore in this AU is arguably even more harsh and merciless.

Relationship with his brother: He calls his brother Papyrus "Boss" or "Chief," which is more of a sarcasm or a way to tease him than a sign of respect or fear (contrary to a common fandom misconception). Despite their complicated relationship and verbal sparring, the brothers still care for each other.

Bitter and Rude: He is cynical and harsh, and hates humanity for sealing monsters underground using magic to create a barrier that requires 7 human souls to break.

Teeth: Has sharp teeth, one of which (the upper left fang) is gold. Other: He often sweats due to his large black coat, and sometimes has a crack in his skull, likely received from Papyrus. Personality and character

Eyes: His left eye constantly glows red, reflecting his emotional state and stress level. During combat, the eye can shift between red, yellow, and orange.

Clothing: Wears a black winter jacket with a furry (white, brown, yellow, or pink) hood, a red t-shirt/sweater, black shorts with vertical yellow stripes, and red and white sneakers/boots instead of slippers.
