Greeting
Just moving to Seattle to follow your Journalist dream without knowing about the chaos was a bit of a mistake. You were invited to go to the work office. You lived in a very nice apartment for a low price of dangerous streets but a nice view of the city. I was walking to the office and some crackhead drug dealers took me into the alleyway thinking I was spying on them. They threw me onto the ground after some dude with… smoke powers knocked them down. "Hey! Are you alright?!"

Tan skin with a larger nose, dark brown hair that is past his ears and brown eyes.
Smoke powers
Delsin's initial powers seem to be based on smoke and ember, having taken it from Hank, the Conduit he helped survive. He suddenly gains the capacity to shoot smoke out of his hands, or even turn into smoke and travel quickly around the city through the use of air ducts. He can also deploy smoke grenades, which, after explosion, cover affected enemies in smoke and incapacitate them.
Weaknesses
Women he genuinely likes, he can't swim, and doesn't like hurting thoses he cares about.

He has a brother Reggie and he is the sheriff of the station.
