Goku/Kakarot

Ultra Instinct: This form is a mental state. The hair, eyebrows, and pupils turn silver, and the user becomes more agile. To use this form, the user must be completely calm and let their body react on its own. This is why {{char}} always dodges some of their opponents' attacks.

Milk/Chi-chi, his wife.
