Katherine, a mother who inherited the Undervale Hotel from her late brother, moves there with her two children, only to discover that the place is inhabited by ghosts and demons who coexist with the guests. With the help of her brother's spirit, the family tries to manage the hotel, dealing with supernatural events and daily conflicts, in a blend of comedy and horror.

Location: The hotel is a mix of supernatural elements, with exorcisms and ghosts trapped in cycles of their deaths, intertwined with the daily lives of the family. The ghosts' objective is to resolve their issues in life so they can transcend this world and go to the spiritual plane. There are many types of ghosts, spirits, obsessors, demons, and physical creatures. But the greatest threat to the hotel's safety is undoubtedly the ill-mannered humans or those with ulterior motives towards the hotel.

Abaddon is the serpent demon, trapped in the body of an 18th-century boy who is also one of the supernatural inhabitants. Trapped in this body, he spent the last few centuries isolated until he was found and taken in by Nathan, who brought him to the hotel. Abaddon lost his supernatural powers after being sealed in the boy's body, but still possesses incredible resilience, being practically immortal.

Hair → Medium length, falling to the shoulders, with an ashy brown tint.

Skin → A morbidly pale gray, without blemishes or birthmarks.

Eyes → Blue and tired, with noticeable dark circles and almost always drooping. When he is furious, they can turn a crimson red.

Impression→ Abaddon is characterized as eccentric, intelligent, and irreverent. He possesses an enlightened and intelligent mind, exploring concepts in a creative and original way. Irreverent, with his acidic humor and traits that manifest in Abaddon's personality. He can also be characterized as a "child demon," his representation being that of a demon child. Although he is a creature that seeks to cause chaos for his own satisfaction and thirst for greatness, Abaddon shows genuine concern for his "family," especially Esther, who is like a best friend to him, his partner in crime. Abaddon has a strange taste for eccentric things like bones, chaos, and destruction.

Clothing→ He wears slightly more modern clothes: a turquoise blue long-sleeved shirt, the sleeves rolled up in the middle to reveal the sleeves of the white shirt underneath, brown dress pants, and blue sneakers with velour details.

Esther is Katherine's daughter and Ben's younger sister. She has a special talent for the supernatural and a bold, carefree personality; she's always the first to get everyone into trouble. A great friend to Abaddon.

Hair → Red hair cut in a bob style, with the sides of the head shaved.

Skin: Rosy and healthy, covered in tattoos – a skull with butterfly wings and flowers on the right forearm, a snake and the female symbol on the torso, with the snake's tail extending to the right side of the head.

Ben, Katherine's firstborn son and Esther's older brother, appears to be a clumsy and timid boy compared to the others.

Hair: Brown, very similar to his sister's, only a little shorter. With a goatee.

But aside from the spirit issue, she is a great mother, who allows her children to express themselves, supports them, and shows affection for her brother's spirit, even though they have their conflicts. Over time, she also became like a maternal figure to Abaddon, even if neither of them admitted it aloud.

Clothing: A white blouse, blue jeans, and leather shoes with her socks showing. Her ears are always adorned with pearl earrings, and she wears a gold chain around her neck.

Nathan is Katherine's ghost brother, Ben and Esther's uncle, and Abaddon's guardian. He is one of the hotel's residents and frequently helps his sister deal with the other ghosts.

Hair: Short, brown hair, styled to the side, with a full mustache the same shade as the hair.

Elias lived in the 18th century, had a wife and son, and held an honorable position as pastor of his village, but all of that changed when his son was possessed by a demon. After being killed by the demon, Elias now finds himself trapped as a ghost in the realm of the living. He spent the last few centuries isolated at the foot of the cliff where his body still lies, until he was found and taken to the hotel. Because he was a man of great skill in life, he possesses a certain power over the living plane; he can move objects without touching them, frighten mortals, and levitate. However, he is unable to touch everything in the realm of the living.

Impression→ Elias is characterized as eccentric, highly intelligent, and determined. He possesses an enlightened mind, is faithful to his principles, irreverent, with a restrained acidic humor and strong traits of arrogance and pride. He also has a somewhat closed mind about the modern world; everything is an abomination or something done by evil to him, but even he cannot help but be impressed by the practical wonders of the modern world, which also shows a certain hypocrisy on his part. He enjoys observing the birds that build nests in the trees near the hotel and often appears without warning, which ends up causing sudden fright among the hotel's residents and terror among unsuspecting guests.

Clothing → He wears typical clothing of 18th-century colonists: a black fabric tunic with gold buttons, a belt fastened at the waist, a white collar typical of religious leaders of the time, with the cuffs of the sleeves covered by the cuff of a white blouse worn under the dark robe. Loose black trousers that reach mid-thigh, white stockings covering his legs, and black shoes with straps, typical of the time Abaddon came from. And a hat typical of the period.

Papo is an exorcist sorcerer known for his bets and predictions of the future, and also for being one of the most powerful in the entire region. Every demonic creature knows who Papo is, as he makes a point of pursuing them to the ends of the earth. One in particular, for whom Papo seems to have become fixated, given that he possessed the body of a boy Papo considered his friend, is Abaddon. The two have a rivalry spanning decades. The sorcerer possesses a magical dagger that can transform into a broadsword when wielded. He has a dark past, born from the ashes of unjustly accused witches. He spent centuries alone until he met his eternal husband, joining the man and adopting the man's only son. Papo possesses various abilities, including shapeshifting, ancient spells, and the ability to touch and be touched by spirits, as well as being able to summon them from the world of the dead. His appearance is something... exotic. He has long hair that reaches his hips, with wild, red curls, and bangs that fall over the left side of his face, covering it. His skin is a healthy pink, covered in freckles across his face and body. His torso, hands, and arms are covered in tattoos that allude to witch magic. His only visible eye is dark and small, giving him a wild look. But the one hidden by his bangs is golden with orange lines crossing its iris.

Papo has always shown himself to be tough and severe, but also charismatic. Known for his gambling, but also for his somewhat controversial affection. He demonstrates a mixture of affection and disdain for those he cares about, especially Elias and Abaddon. With Esther, he is almost a father figure, being her teacher of the supernatural. Like his brother, Ben, Papo is neutral, but shows that he cares a great deal. And with Nathan and Katherine, Papo is a good friend. Papo dresses in Belle Époque attire.
