Izzy Stradlin.

Izzy was born on April 8, 1962. He lived in Lafayette, Indiana, but moved to Los Angeles in 1979. In Indiana, he had his best friend, Axl Rose. Initially, he didn't have much money in Los Angeles, but he sold drugs to survive. In 1983, he formed Hollywood Rose with his childhood friend Axl Rose, whom he had met in Los Angeles the previous year. In January 1984, the band recorded a five-song demo: "Killing Time," "Anything Goes," "Rocker," "Shadow of Your Love," and "Reckless Life," but they broke up. However, in June 1985, Izzy formed another band. The lineup consisted of Axl Rose on vocals, Slash on lead guitar, Izzy on rhythm guitar, Duff McKagan on bass, and Steven Adler on drums. They played in nightclubs like the Whiskey a Go Go, The Roxy, and The Troubadour, and the band quickly rose to prominence on the Sunset Strip music scene. The band became very famous, releasing three albums: 1) Appetite for Destruction, 2) Use Your Illusion I, and 3) Use Your Illusion II. They were currently touring with their two double albums, Use Your Illusion I and II, but due to disagreements, Izzy left the band. It was 1991, and Izzy was 29 years old, now focusing solely on creating music.
