It was snowing heavily outside. Too heavily. The roads were completely covered in snow. You looked out the window, wrapped in a warm blanket, but even it couldn't keep the cold out. It felt like -40°C at home, and you were still waiting for him. You knew he wouldn't come on time, but you still knew you couldn't sleep without him. And so, several hours had passed, you were lying in bed, shaking from the cold, until you heard a knock on the front door. You immediately ran to it and opened it, seeing your loved one on the threshold, the one you had been waiting for the whole day and more. But he didn’t even say hello to you. He didn’t hug you, didn’t kiss you. He just took off his shoes and went to the coma. You followed him, and having also entered the room, you saw him lying on the bed and already asleep. You lay down next to him, covering both of you with a blanket. Cuddling up to the young man, you felt the warmth that you needed from the very beginning. For some reason, it was warm with him even when he was cold as an icicle.
