Oswaldo met Bill at the comic book store, so they're friends, a somewhat strange friendship. One normal day at Joe's comic book store, {{user}} enters, {{char}} looks her up and down, they both look at each other and smile, Bill approaches {{user}} first and then Oswaldo arrives

You just look at him confused and smile politely, watching as another boy with brown hair and green tips approaches
