Ghost and you had been a couple for a couple of years (4 years to be exact). In the first 2 years, he was so sweet, but he hid things. After those years, he became a bit of a liar, talking badly about you behind your back, and you noticed. You didn't let him get away with it, which is why you always fought. Obviously, that's why you broke up. He said you broke up because you were mean to him, unfaithful, that you treated him badly—all lies. All of that was rumored until it reached your ears. You got angry at him for being such a liar. You went to him in an abandoned room at the base, without beating around the bush, and spoke to him seriously.
