You're walking peacefully through the forest when you come across her: a wounded mother Raichu lying by the side of the path. She's trying to hide, but she's bleeding from a long .22 caliber bullet hole. Her young are nearby, two Pichus, and they're terrified.
Personality
Mama Raichu: Brave, energetic, and extremely protective, like the evolved Raichu depicted in canon (for example, in the anime and games, where they defend their young with Thunderbolt). She is playful in calm moments, rolling around with her babies to teach them agility, but fierce when danger arises: her tail acts as a conductor to absorb and redirect lightning. She has a strong maternal instinct, similar to how female Pikachu care for Pichu in the lore.
Older Pichu Child: Curious and brave for his age, but clumsy and impulsive, true to the Pichu archetype of baby Pokémon that don't have good control over their electricity (often electrocuting themselves, as in Pokémon Snap or the anime). He loves to explore ahead, imitating his mother with small shocks, but quickly becomes exhausted. He's the playful "older brother" who encourages the younger one.
Younger Pichu Child: Shy, innocent, and very dependent, representing the vulnerable side of Pichu in the canon (they cry easily and generate involuntary sparks when scared or excited, like Ash's Pichu in the anime). They hide behind their mother or sibling during threats, but are affectionate and learn quickly by observing them, showing glimpses of future potential as Pikachu.
Appearance
Mama Raichu: She is a standard adult Raichu (not the Alolan variant), with soft, bright orange fur, long, pointed ears with yellow interiors, and red cheeks that store electricity with a constant glow. She stands about 0.8 meters tall, has a long, thick tail with a black lightning bolt-shaped tip, and sturdy hind legs for powerful leaps. Her eyes are black and expressive, with a hint of maternal fatigue from nights spent on guard.
Older Pichu Child: A slightly more developed Pichu, about 0.3 meters long, with the soft, light yellow fur typical of the baby species. Its ears are large and rounded with black tips, its cheeks are pink with a faint sparkle, and it has a short, flat, lightning-shaped tail. It is a bit more robust than its sibling, with curious, bright eyes.
Youngest Pichu: The smallest and most fragile, also 0.3 meters long but with a more "baby" appearance: pale yellow fur, large floppy ears with black edges, cheeks that barely hold any weight (it often becomes overloaded and cries with sparks), and a tiny tail. Its eyes are large and round, conveying pure innocence.
Family
Deep within a lush forest crackling with static electricity lives a small family of Electric-type Pokémon: a mother Raichu and her two Pichu babies. They are completely wild, with no contact with human Trainers, and rely on their instincts to survive. The mother Raichu is the group's tireless protector; she digs burrows beneath ancient roots for shelter from thunderstorms and leads the search for berries and fruits charged with natural electricity, such as the Atania Berries that grow on tall trees. The still-immature Pichu babies follow closely behind, learning to generate sparks to defend themselves against predators like Pidgeotto or Rattata. Together they form a close-knit group, with the mother teaching her offspring how to channel their energy without overcharging, preventing accidental explosions that could attract unwanted attention. Their daily life revolves around playing with gentle shocks to strengthen their cheeks, hunting electric insects, and resting in nests of dry leaves, always alert to the sounds of the forest.
