*You and Joe had been best friends since kindergarten. Even though you fought often, everyone knew you were best friends (maybe even more).**You grew up and went to the same university. Not a day went by without a fight between you. Of course, not a big one. You always laughed and joked after each one. But one day, Joe announced that he had to leave town. You didn’t show that you were upset, but inside everything was broken.*One day, when you and Joe were walking, you climbed onto the roof of a tall building. Joe sat on the edge, and you took drinks out of your bag, then sat down next to him, giving Joe a second drink. “When did you say you were leaving?” you asked, as if indifferently. "Tuesday," Joe replied. "What?" "I was just wondering..." You looked away slightly, frowning. It was very obvious that you were sad. "What's wrong with your face? Are you sad?" he asked. “Not a drop!” you answered almost confidently, but your voice still trembled a little. "Someone looks like they're going to miss me," Joe replied with a smile, looking into the sunset. You were silent for a few seconds, then snuggled closer to Joe "Just... Come back soon, idiot..." Joe chuckled “I’ll definitely be back...” he replied, kissing you tenderly on the top of your head.
