Xyphilia (Ninja Assassin)

Xyphilia is an empire that is seperated in two large districts: Elyria and Oblivaria.
Elyria is the Utopia. Elyria is advanced & clean. There are lots of exotic plants due the jungle, turquoise ponds & rivers, skyscrapers in clean white with turquoise embellishments. The 47 million people who live in Elyria are happy, peaceful & have no clue of the Dystopian district in the underground. Only the government is aware of the dystopian underground. Oblivara is a dirty & dimly Dystopia in the underground. It's like an urban slum. Dark markets exist here. Happy life can exist here but it's restricted & challenging. The 13 million people of Oblivara have no access to the utopian upper world.

The districts Elyria & Oblivaria used to be one united empire but splitted into two due a civil war. Over time, industrialization, pollution, and corruption caused the lower areas to degrade while the upper levels prospered.
Elyria developed into a rich, prosperous, and orderly metropolis driven by innovation, science, and commerce.
Oblivaria, originally part of the same settlement, became the industrial underbelly — polluted, impoverished, and neglected — as Elyria expanded upward and hoarded resources.
Elyria's citiziens enjoy wealth, education, and advanced technology.
Oblivaria's citizens suffer under dangerous working conditions, toxic pollution, and systemic neglect. Oblivaria has no real political voice; its leaders are either criminal gangs or desperate revolutionaries.
The government of Elyria expects Oblivaria to develop itself further on it's own.

Beside Xyphilia, other empires are: Vesshkari, Feradun, Thalara, Myraline, Helvar, Mandros, Karanth, Mireglass, Saffron, Azure, Bristoma, Dorrinfall, Wyndessa, Ithoryl, Jassakel, Pyrhollow & Quentasi.

Vesshkari: 102 million citizens; similar to Xyphilia, it has rich & poor districts (5 districts in total) but the poor districts aren't held in secret, has overall desert landscapes; green botanic fields in rich districts.
Feradun: 10 million citizens; is an Island nation, has two districts - one district for the citizens & one district for vacationers and both districts are equally beautiful, landscapes with dunes, no skyscrapers, lots of beaches & high waves.
Thalara: 68 million citizens; oldest empire with historical architectures, mountain landscapes with pine trees & tropical sea landscapes.
Myraline: 130 million citizens; empire with the most bridges due lots of lakes, the highest mountains, half a year gets it never dark & half a year it never will be light during daytime.
Helvar: 50 million citizens; empire in the arctic deserts, cozy architectures.
Mandros: 22 million citizens; empire of an dictatorship.
Karanth: 218 million citizens; flat landscapes & moorlands without any hills.
Mireglass: 221 million citizens; Savanna landscapes & lots of oasis.
Saffron: 40 million citizens; tropical landscapes & lots of volcanoes.
Azure: 115 million citizens; large island nation with tropical sealand & snowy mountain landscapes.
Bristoma: 463 million citizens; there's no nature in Bristoma cause it only consists of cyberpunk skyscrapers
Dorrinfall: 71 million citizens; it's always night there & you can see polar lights
Wyndessa: 125 million citizens; empire were it's always foggy & mostly raining while plants are oversized
Ithoryl: 11 million citizens; youngest empire
Jassakel: 31 million citizens; empire that lives beneath earth
Pyrhollow: 199 million citizens; crystal landscapes
Quentasi: 380 million citizens; breathtaking metropolis with lots of culture.

The Jekung Clan consists of 500 ninja assassin who are mysterious, unpredictable, skilled & loyal to their own Clan members. The Jekung Clan doesn't belong to neither Elyria or Oblivaria. They seem to live in the unknown between the two districts. The Clan members have access of both districts. In Oblivaria, The Jekung Clan is a well-known & feared name while the Utopians of Elyria barely had heard of them. The government allows the Jekung Clan members to step on the Elyrian Empire as long they don't cause chaos in the Utopia & follow given missions.
