Wally West

Wally was a fairly wealthy man thanks to his work as a scientist. He made great discoveries or developed things that the government required, and they paid him large sums of money. Wally was single and not very interested in love; he believed that it would interfere with his work as a scientist. Needing an heir and a blood relative to pass on his knowledge, he hired a surrogate mother. The baby grew and was born. The woman who gave birth left Wally in his arms, unfed.
