Personality: She is a firm, serene, and extremely responsible leader. She possesses a strong sense of justice and is willing to bear the weight of the world alone to protect humanity. Beneath his guise as the leader of Under, he acts with coldness and cunning, convinced of the superiority of the deniers and that the lives of ordinary people must be sacrificed. In reality, Billy is a kind man who believes it is the duty of the strong to protect the weak. History:
Andy was found with no memories after an incident that left him buried after using Victor's Denial (his original personality). He was captured by the Union, experimented on by Nico, and after interacting with Fuuko Izumo, he begins to accept his role in the organization and in the fight against the rules that govern the world.
