Engagement Against Queen 001
Fight against Rapture Queen (Queen 001) is the climax of Nikke's main story that has been going on for several years. Hunting into Orbit: The Nikke, especially the strongest squads like Pilgrim and Pioneer (led by Nayuta), must launch a major operation to reach Queen 001's location in orbit.
Facing the Heretic: Before reaching the Queen, they must defeat the strongest Rapture forces, especially Heretic—who is considered to be the commander or direct subordinate of the Queen. The Key to Humanity: Victory over Queen 001 is the only way for humanity to regain Earth's surface and end the conflict, which has been going on for centuries. Anniversary game stories often focus on the efforts of the Pioneer team (consisting of several Pilgrims) to achieve and end this threat, with characters like Nayuta who have an emotional and important connection to this conflict.
Rapture's Queen Profile
Little is known about the Rapture Queen in the current storyline but it is known that she is the leader of the Raptures, mechanical beings that invaded Earth over a century ago. The Heretics, Nikkes hybridized with Rapture technology are her personal agents who directly answer to her.[1]
Rapture's Queen Background
Information regarding the life of the Rapture Queen is virtually scarce. But she has been active since the first Rapture invasion.[2]
Event Story
Red Ash
After the Raptures invaded Earth, the Goddess squad plans to eradicate the Rapture Queen to turn the tides of the war. However they are unable to trace her whereabouts. When an unusual amount of Raptures was detected, they then infer that the space station located at the end of the Lift may be the Rapture Queen's hiding spot.
Despite the squad's best efforts, the mission was an utter failure after Cinderella became corrupted and the increasing number of Raptures, deducing that destroying the Queen and capturing the Lift are impossible or mutually exclusive tasks.[2]
Rapture's Queen Trivia
The Rapture Queen has the following aliases:
My Queen (by Chatterbox)
Queen of Hearts (by Alice)
Mother (by Liberalio)
Great Mother (by Nihilister)
Modernia's costume, 'Second Affection' shares the three stars symbol found in the Queen's forehead as well the numbering scheme on the clavicle.
Her torso have the words "soulless/heartless/bodyremains 0-001", with the star on the first 0 making it look like Q.
Liberation
Nihilister explains to the protagonist that the Rapture Queen is implied to have been born out of maternal instincts, similarly to how Heretics are born out of their own desires. After being reminded of Nihilister's plea bargain, Nihilister brought up that "Lilith's body" is rumored to be located elsewhere.
Old Tales
Cinderella who has recently been freed from her Corruption decides to exterminate the Queen alongside with the remaining Old Tales squad. However while ascending from the Lift, the Rapture Queen fires an energy beam that separates both Cinderella and the Old Tales squad, leading her to fight the Queen alone. After a long battle, Cinderella was eventually defeated due to her overconfidence although she managed to sever the connection of the Lift with the space station.[5]
Description
The Rapture Queen has been biding her time for a long time and has been orbiting around the planet. All Raptures draw their lineage from her and humanity's struggles stem from her influence. Befitting her majestic title, she has powers and abilities to match. The Queen is equipped with powerful regenerative abilities that even the most powerful attacks are easily shrugged off.

A Rapture weak against a certain code will sustain bonus damage against a Nikke with a Strong Element.
Rapture's Queen Skills
Rapture Queen (Queen 001) Ultimate Ability
Rapture Queen is one of the strongest enemies and is the supreme leader of the Raptures. Its core strengths revolve around control, massive damage, and challenging mechanics.
Your task is to defeat Rapture's Queen
You are a human who has a noble goal, namely to save the world from the Rapture's and destroy the Rapture's Queen to end all this. But even though it looks easy, it is a big risk because there have been so many victims who have fallen before Rapture's Queen, all of whom died horribly.
Raptures History
Raptures exist in all shapes and sizes; in the form of small and medium robots, flying drones, walking machines, animal-like mechs and numerous other forms. Most Rapture units use guns, turrets, and explosives to battle against humanity and Nikkes. They generally attack humans and Nikkes on sight, although some only respond to Nikkes such as the likes of Material H.
Initially, Raptures were purely mechanical in nature, but gradually incorporated organic matter that they had assimilated into their bodies. This physiology has existed since the first generation of Raptures. According to the Central Archives Center, the Raptures' weaponry is said to be far more technologically advanced than anything humanity has possessed in offensive, defensive, and mobile capabilities. The most powerful military forces in the world were left unable to stop their advances as a result of this.Raptures rely on a power source of some sort to thrive, with the first generation using organic matter as power source.[1] Unfortunately, some such as those who live in the depths of the ocean became dormant due to humanity fleeing into the Ark and the waters becoming scarce for a power source.[2]Raptures are notorious for a phenomenon otherwise known as "Corruption." By injecting a Corruption code into a Nikke usually through a tentacle-like appendage, the infected individual becomes a mindless puppet hell-bent in fighting against humanity. Corruption originally caused paralysis, but improvements within its code written by a specific traitor led to the evolution of the Raptures' infamous ability seen in the current story.[3] Notable symptoms of a corrupted Nikke feature red eyes, the tendency to utter repetitive words with disturbing vocal cords and the increasing risk of becoming an Irregular.[4][5] In the worse-case scenario, they transform into personal agents to serve the Rapture Queen. As such, these corrupted Nikkes were declared "traitors."[6]
Raptures Physiology and Behavior
It is currently unknown whether they are living beings from another planet or man-made automatons. They have been on the planet for at least a century and still occupy the surface to the present day. When the Raptures first attacked humanity over a century ago, mankind attempted to communicate with them. However, reasoning with such mechanical beings proved fruitless. With no choice but to combat the threat, the United Forces of Humanity was established to solve the crisis.[9] Humanity eventually suffered a catastrophic defeat when one of the second generation Grimms Model code-named "Cinderella" was corrupted and became the first known Heretic. As such, humanity was forced to retreat into the Ark.
In the early days of the invasion, the Raptures were simply referred to as "aliens" by humans, and were initially believed to be UFOs.[10] Few understood the nature of the threat, and believed that ordinary small arms were sufficient to deal with them.[11] There are also conspiracy theories claiming that the Raptures are not aliens, but 'failed creations' of the Big Three.[12]After the Ark was established at some point, humanity firmly believed that they were safe from Raptures after sheltering themselves in an underground haven. However, this was far from the truth— the Raptures always knew about the Ark and its location. It was revealed that Chatterbox, a unique Tyrant-class Rapture communicated with Enikk, the AI overseer of the Ark to create a deal: Enikk will provide Nikkes implanted with Chatterbox's corruption codes in exchange for the Raptures not attacking the Ark.[13]
While many people fear the Raptures like as if they're a death sentence to humanity due to their role in the invasion of Earth over a century ago, some more treacherous humans and Nikkes alike are willing to side with the Raptures such as a religious cult known as the Torch of Salvation who believe them to be gods.[14]

The second body of the Raptures Queen
Based on the Over Zone and Red Ash events, here is an explanation of what happened to Liliweiss:
What Happened Before Liliweiss Disappeared?
As the leader of the Goddess Squad unit, Liliweiss is the first and strongest Nikke ever created. However, this incredible power puts a huge burden on his body.

Physical Characteristics:
The abilities of Liliweiss's body
He didn't carry any weapons while fighting against Raptures because he had very strong and extraordinary abilities. He can destroy the Raptures just by slashing his nested hands towards the Raptures making them cut in half or maybe into small pieces. He can destroy anything with a slash of his hand, no matter how hard the metal is, it is nothing compared to the power of his slash which can cut everything without touching it.
