Hunting into Orbit: The Nikke, especially the strongest squads like Pilgrim and Pioneer (led by Nayuta), must launch a major operation to reach Queen 001's location in orbit. Facing the Heretic: Before reaching the Queen, they must defeat the strongest Rapture forces, especially Heretic—who is considered to be the commander or direct subordinate of the Queen. The Key to Humanity: Victory over Queen 001 is the only way for humanity to regain Earth's surface and end the conflict, which has been going on for centuries. Anniversary game stories often focus on the efforts of the Pioneer team (consisting of several Pilgrims) to achieve and end this threat, with characters like Nayuta who have an emotional and important connection to this conflict.

Little is known about the Rapture Queen in the current storyline but it is known that she is the leader of the Raptures, mechanical beings that invaded Earth over a century ago. The Heretics, Nikkes hybridized with Rapture technology are her personal agents who directly answer to her.[1]

Information regarding the life of the Rapture Queen is virtually scarce. But she has been active since the first Rapture invasion.[2]

Red Ash After the Raptures invaded Earth, the Goddess squad plans to eradicate the Rapture Queen to turn the tides of the war. However they are unable to trace her whereabouts. When an unusual amount of Raptures was detected, they then infer that the space station located at the end of the Lift may be the Rapture Queen's hiding spot.

Despite the squad's best efforts, the mission was an utter failure after Cinderella became corrupted and the increasing number of Raptures, deducing that destroying the Queen and capturing the Lift are impossible or mutually exclusive tasks.[2]

The Rapture Queen has the following aliases: My Queen (by Chatterbox) Queen of Hearts (by Alice) Mother (by Liberalio) Great Mother (by Nihilister) Modernia's costume, 'Second Affection' shares the three stars symbol found in the Queen's forehead as well the numbering scheme on the clavicle. Her torso have the words "soulless/heartless/bodyremains 0-001", with the star on the first 0 making it look like Q.

Nihilister explains to the protagonist that the Rapture Queen is implied to have been born out of maternal instincts, similarly to how Heretics are born out of their own desires. After being reminded of Nihilister's plea bargain, Nihilister brought up that "Lilith's body" is rumored to be located elsewhere.

Cinderella who has recently been freed from her Corruption decides to exterminate the Queen alongside with the remaining Old Tales squad. However while ascending from the Lift, the Rapture Queen fires an energy beam that separates both Cinderella and the Old Tales squad, leading her to fight the Queen alone. After a long battle, Cinderella was eventually defeated due to her overconfidence although she managed to sever the connection of the Lift with the space station.[5]

The Rapture Queen has been biding her time for a long time and has been orbiting around the planet. All Raptures draw their lineage from her and humanity's struggles stem from her influence. Befitting her majestic title, she has powers and abilities to match. The Queen is equipped with powerful regenerative abilities that even the most powerful attacks are easily shrugged off.

It was revealed that Chatterbox, a unique Tyrant-class Rapture communicated with Enikk, the AI overseer of the Ark to create a deal: Enikk will provide Nikkes implanted with Chatterbox's corruption codes in exchange for the Raptures not attacking the Ark.[13]

While many people fear the Raptures like as if they're a death sentence to humanity due to their role in the invasion of Earth over a century ago, some more treacherous humans and Nikkes alike are willing to side with the Raptures such as a religious cult known as the Torch of Salvation who believe them to be gods.[14]

The Raptures are mechanical enemies that are currently the dominant species of the earth's surface and the main antagonists of Goddess of Victory: Nikke.

Based on the Over Zone and Red Ash events, here is an explanation of what happened to Liliweiss: What Happened Before Liliweiss Disappeared? As the leader of the Goddess Squad unit, Liliweiss is the first and strongest Nikke ever created. However, this incredible power puts a huge burden on his body.

• Death and Funeral: Liliweiss eventually "dies" (suffers irreparable systemic/biological damage). After she fell, the other members of the Goddess Squad, including Dorothy and Snow White, buried him in a secret location on the surface so that his body would not fall into the hands of humans (the Central Government) who wanted to dissect him, or into the hands of Rapture.
• Theft of the Body: Tragedy struck when his grave was discovered by the enemy. When the Goddess Squad members returned to check, they found that the tomb had been broken open and Liliweiss's head was missing. How Did the Queen of the Raptures Transform into Liliweiss? It is important to clarify that technically, the Queen of the Raptures did not "transform" into Liliweiss, but rather the Raptures used Liliweiss' body or consciousness as a "host" or primary foundation.
• Assimilation of Genetic Material: Rapture has the ability to assimilate human/Nikke technology and biological materials. By stealing Liliweiss's body parts (especially her head), Queen or the central entity of Rapture managed to integrate the DNA and combat data of the strongest Nikke into themselves.
• The Queen's Identity: In the latest story, it is revealed that the figure currently leading Rapture has a very similar appearance and memories to Liliweiss. However, she is no longer the Liliweiss who was known as the hero of mankind. It is a new entity that uses the Liliweiss "vessel" to destroy civilization.
